OTCF S.A. is a Polish clothing company specialising in the design, production and sale of sportswear and accessories for consumers and professional athletes.

History

The founder and CEO of OTCF is Igor Klaja.[1].

Particular development stages by year:

  • 1995– founding of Horn Partner, the first company under which the business was run
  • 1996– creation of Outhorn, the first sports brand dedicated to wholesale customers
  • 2003– creation of 4Fun – the company's second sports brand and the first stores under its banner
  • 2007– 4Fun brand changes its name to 4F Sport Performance
  • 2010– the company changes its name to OTCF
  • 2010– 4F Sport Performance brand shortens its name to 4F
  • 2013– opening of the first 4Faces multi-brand stores
  • 2016– opening of the first 4F stores in foreign markets (Latvia, Romania, the Czech Republic, Slovakia)
  • 2017– creation of the children's brand 4F Junior
  • 2018– creation of the professional brand 4F PROteam

OTCF brands

OTCF has the sports brands 4F and Outhorn in its portfolio. The company has a sales network which consists of over 200 retail stores and 161 partner locations in Poland, as well as a total of several dozen stores in Lithuania, Latvia[2], Slovakia, Romania[3] and the Czech Republic. In addition, the company owns the Outhorn brand, distributed through the wholesale channel and in its own stores. The company has its headquarters in Wieliczka, and also operates offices in Krakow and Warsaw.

4F - is a sportswear and accessories brand. It is a partner of the Polish Olympic Committee as well as a range of European sports associations.

4F Junior – clothing and accessories brand for children and young people.

4F PROteam – a line dedicated to professionals and the most demanding amateurs. The collections are divided according to the type and intensity of physical activity and body type.

Outhorn – is a clothing and accessories brand for customers who lead an active lifestyle. The everyday product collections are supplemented by a range of functional clothing - for fitness, trekking and skiing. You can buy Outhorn clothing in the online store as well as in multi-brand sports stores throughout Poland.

Everhill – is a brand of affordable sportswear, sold in chain stores, outlets and online stores in Poland and abroad.

Under Armour – since 2020, OTCF has been the sole authorised distributor of the American brand in Poland.

Sales network

The OTCF company has a sales network which consists of 205 retail stores under the 4F brand and 161 partner locations in Poland, as well as a total of several dozen in Lithuania, Latvia, Slovakia, Romania and the Czech Republic. In 2020, the company opened its first 4F mono-brand store in Ukraine. The Outhorn brand is available in Germany, Austria, the UK, Australia, Russia and Spain, among other countries.

Cooperation with Olympic Committees

The Polish Olympic Committee

4F has been cooperating with the Polish Olympic Committee since 2008. The 4F brand provided the competition and national team uniforms for the Vancouver 2010, Sochi 2014 and PyeongChang 2018 Winter Olympics, as well as for the London 2012[4] and Rio de Janeiro 2016 Summer Olympics. The brand also prepared the Polish national team uniforms for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.

The brand also dressed the Polish national teams during the European Games (Baku 2015 and Minsk 2019), the Youth Olympic Games (Singapore 2010, Nanjing 2014, Lillehammer 2016, Buenos Aires 2016 and Lausanne 2020) and the European Youth Olympic Games (Trabzon 2011, Utrecht 2013, Brașov 2014, Voralberg and Liechtenstein 2015, Tbilisi 2015, Győr 2017, Sarajevo 2019 and Baku 2019).

The Polish Olympic Committee 4F has been cooperating with the Polish Paralympic Committee since the Vancouver 2010 Paralympic Games. Since then, the brand has also dressed the Polish team during the Sochi 2014, Rio 2016 and PyeongChang 2018 Paralympic Games.

The Latvian Olympic Committee

4F's cooperation with the Latvian Olympic Committee was established in November 2015, and involves preparing the full Olympic collection for the Rio 2016 Summer Olympics, the PyeongChang 2018 Winter Olympics in Korea, and the Tokyo 2020 Summer Olympics.

The Olympic Committee of Serbia

In January 2016, a sponsorship agreement was signed[5], which includes preparing the complete collection for the Serbian national team for the Rio de Janeiro 2016 Summer Olympics, the Pyeongchang 2018 Winter Olympics, the Tokyo 2020 Summer Games, and the Beijing 2022 Winter Games. The Serbian team was among the top five best-dressed teams at the opening ceremony of the Rio 2016 Olympics[6], and 4F clothing was worn by, among others, tennis player Novak Djokovic[7]

The Croatian Olympic Committee

The Croatian national team appeared for the first time in uniforms prepared by 4F during the PyeongChang 2018 Olympic Games. Another collection will be provided for the Tokyo 2020 Summer Games.

The Hellenic Olympic Committee

For the first time, the 4F brand prepared the collection for the Greek national team for the Pyeongchang 2018 Winter Games. Another collection will be provided for the Tokyo 2020 Summer Games.

The Olympic Committee of North Macedonia

4F's cooperation with the Olympic Committee of North Macedonia began in 2017, and the North Macedonian national team appeared for the first time in uniforms prepared by the brand during the Pyeongchang 2018 Olympic Games. Another collection will be provided for the Tokyo 2020 Summer Games.

The Slovak Olympic Committee

Cooperation was established in 2019. The agreement includes preparing the uniforms for the players, coaches and other members of the Olympic team for the Tokyo 2020 Summer Games and the Beijing 2022 Winter Games.

The National Olympic Committee of Lithuania

Cooperation was established in 2019. The agreement includes preparing the uniforms for the players, coaches and other members of the Olympic team for the Tokyo 2020 Summer Games and the Beijing 2022 Winter Games.

Cooperation with sports associations

The 4F brand has been a partner of professional sport since as early as 2007[8], when it began cooperation with the[9]. In 2010, a contract was signed with the Polish Athletic Association, and subsequently with the Polish Athletics Association[10] (2013) and the Polish Speed Skating Association (2014). In early 2017, the brand announced the start of its first cooperation with a team sports association – the Polish Handball Federation. Since 2018, the brand has been cooperating with the Slovak Biathlon Association, and since 2019 with the Athletic Federation of Lithuania and the Ski Association of the Czech Republic.
