The Ocean One (also known as O1) is a skyscraper located on Panama City, Avenida Paseo del Mar, Costa del Este, near the Corredor Sur. The tower is 207 meters high and has 54 floors.
Its construction was in charge Panamanian architect Pinzón Lozano & Asociados and began in 2005, making it the second tallest building in Panama City in 2008, the year in which it was completed, surpassing the 198-meter Aquamare. This building during construction could be seen from several spots of the city, standing by their height at the time. Its facade is similar to Ocean Two building of 273 m.
