Oda Nobumasa (織田 信正) was a Japanese daimyō of the late Edo period and the first lord of Tendō Domain in Dewa Province. He is known as the father of Oda Nobumichi, who succeeded him as the second daimyō.

Oda Nobumasa established the Tendō branch of the Oda clan and became the first daimyō of Tendō Domain. While exact dates of his birth, death, and tenure are not clearly documented, he played a foundational role in organizing the domain's administration, samurai retainers, and local governance under the Tokugawa shogunate.

As the founder of the domain, Nobumasa set the stage for his son, Oda Nobumichi, to continue the family leadership. Tendō Domain, though relatively small, contributed resources and administration to the shogunate in Dewa Province.

Nobumasa is primarily remembered for establishing Tendō Domain and ensuring the continuity of the Oda clan in this region. His governance allowed his descendants, including Oda Nobumichi and later Oda Nobutoshi, to maintain control of the domain through the final decades of the Edo period and the transition to the Meiji era.
