Official Karate Magazine is an American magazine covering karate, martial arts, and combat sports. It was established in 1968 and is one of the oldest titles dedicated to martial arts in the United States.[citation needed] It is published by Charlton Publications. It ran as a monthly printed magazine from June 1969 to Winter 1995[1] and was reestablished in 2012 as a quarterly online magazine.[1] Currently only the annual magazine is printed.[2] The cover has included several well-known martial artists including Toyotaro Miyazaki .[1]
