Oh Polly is a UK-based fashion retailer, aimed at 16-35-year-old women. The company is owned by Claire Henderson and Mike Branney and operates across Europe, North and South America, Canada, Australia and Asia. Oh Polly has offices in Europe, North America and Asia.

History

The company was initially founded in September 2015 by Claire Henderson and Mike Branney, who started the company by selling on eBay. The pair were looking for ways to fund their charity in Cambodia known as 'The BrannersonFoundation.' The sales on eBay took off and from there a social media account was created and shortly after a website. Oh Polly is one of a few UK brands that designs and produces its own garments.

By 2018, the company had flagged revenues of £15.6 million, which was a year-on-year jump of 140% from 2017[1]. As a result of this, Oh Polly doubled its employees and had a headcount of more than 140 across Glasgow and Liverpool. In 2019, Oh Polly was ranked the 5th most engaged UK clothing retail social media brand and by July 2021 had a combined following of 4.5 million people. By July 2021 the brand had 4.5 million followers online.

In 2020, sister brand Bo and Tee was created to focus on UK athleisure, which creates trendy, figure-hugging gym and leisurewear. The brand was named after founder Claire Henderson's daughters, Bo and Tee.

In 2021, sister brand Neena Swim was created to focus on swimwear. The brand was again named after Claire Henderson's daughter, Neena.

Collaborations

In 2021, Oh Polly collaborated with UK influencer and model Jess Hunt. The collection included two-piece sets, dresses, jumpsuits and separates.
