Okechukwu "Okey" Ukaga is a Nigerian-American professor, academic administrator, author, and international development expert who is an Assistant Dean of University of Minnesota Extension at the University of Minnesota.

Ukaga was born in Elele on May 22,1961 in present-day Rivers State, Nigeria.
