Oladipupo Timothy Clement (born July 18, 1981) is a Nigerian businessman, business coach,[1] educator, and philanthropist. He is the group CEO of Lifepage,[2] an Investment Holding Company. Lifepage is a real estate investment group that has led over 23+ projects across Africa, managing investment portfolios exceeding $20 million. He is the host of the Gameplan Masterclasses and The Gameplan on Radio.[3]
He is also the Principal of Oladipupo Clement International,[4] Executive Director – Workplace Innovation and Training Solutions (Nigeria) Limited, Executive Director/Co-Founder –Nopeus Solutions Limited, Founder - million homes,[5] Co-Founder – Cedro Construction Limited. He is also the Resident Pastor – Calvary Bible Church, Gbagada.[6]
Early life and education[edit]
Clement was raised in Lagos, Nigeria, where he spent his formative years. He pursued his higher education at Faith Christian Theological Seminary in Ogun State, Nigeria, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Theology. He furthered his studies at the same institution, obtaining a Master of Arts in Christian Education and later a Doctorate in Clinical Counselling. He pursued a Master of Business Administration from the Business School Netherlands in Buren. In the course of his career journey, Clement held various positions, including Senior Manager/Regional Vice President of Business Development at Aims Asset Management Limited, during his time with the company, he provided training to more than 200 employees across the country. Prior to that, he worked as a Sales Assistant at Parable Bookstore, where he was responsible for overseeing daily operations, such as opening and closing procedures, managing cash drawers, monitoring stock, and maintaining store appearance.[7]

He founded Lifepage in 2012,[8] Lifepage has created and managed over 23 projects across Africa, with an investment portfolio deals worth over 20 million dollars. BusinessDay Newspaper online, reported that LIFEPAGE was to start business operation in America,[9] come September 2022. He leads a group of investors/professionals consisting of over 15,000 subscribers and realtors. He also co-founded other companies within the Construction, Software Development, Executive Education, and Agriculture space.[10][11][12]

Championing the 'Housing for All' Initiative:
Oladipupo Clement spearheads the 'Housing for All' Project, responding to Nigeria's dire housing situation. Rooted in sound commercial viability, the initiative aims to address pressing socio-economic issues by providing secure housing. Through private sector efforts, it has already benefited over 200 deserving Nigerians.[17]
