Oleg Yastrebov

Oleg Yastrebov was born on March 24, 1981, in the city of Zheleznogorsk, Krasnoyarsk region. In 1998 he graduated from the Moscow Suvorov Military School.
Being admitted to the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Peoples' Friendship University of Russia, Oleg Yastrebov was simultaneously enrolled for a course in Law at the Faculty of Law. In 2004 he successfully did both courses at RUDN University.
After completing the courses, Oleg Yastrebov started his carrier at RUDN University. From 2004 to 2008, he was a senior lecturer at the Department of Administrative Law at the Faculty of Law, RUDN University.
In 2007, Oleg Yastrebov obtained a PhD degree in “State Unitary Enterprise as a Subject of Administrative Law” majoring in Administrative Law, Financial Law, Information Law under the supervision of Aleksander Borisovich Zelentsov, Doctor of Law, Professor, Head of the Department of Administrative and Financial Law, Faculty of Law.
In 2010, Oleg Yastrebov obtained a Doctor of Law degree in “Legal Entity of Public Law: Comparative Law Research” majoring in Administrative Law, Financial Law, Information Law. Oleg Yastrebov joined the panel of the young doctors of law Fellowship in Russia.
In 2011, he was promoted to a professor at the Department of Administrative Law at the Faculty of Law, RUDN University. In 2012, he obtained a Doctor of Economics degree in “Organizational and Economic Mechanism of Investment Implementation and Construction Projects based on Public-Private Partnership”. Oleg Yastrebov is head of the Department of Administrative and Financial Law since September, 2012.
In 2013 O. A. Yastrebov was elected member of the Expert Council of the Higher Attestation Commission on Law, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation.
Author of more than 200 scientific publications such as monographs “State Unitary Enterprise as the Subject of Public Law”, “Legal Entity of Public Law: Conceptual Framework on the General Theory”, “Non-Profit Organizations as Subjects of Public Law” and others.

2015 – Vice-President of the Association of Legal Education of the Russian Federation.
2017 – President of the Association of Legal Educatio n of the Russian Federation. Deputy Chairman of the Expert Council of Law.
2018 – member of the Higher Qualification Board of Judges, the Russian Federation, member of the public (by Resolution of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly, the Russian Federation No. 506-SF dated November 23, 2018).
2018 – member of the Council headed by the Chairman of the Federation Council Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on Interaction with Civil Society Institutions.
2018 - Deputy Chairman of the expert Council of the HAC in Law of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation. Member of the Highest Qualification Board of Judges of the Russian Federation - a representative of the public. Member of the Council under the Chairman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation for interaction with civil society institutions.
2019 - Member of the Interdepartmental Council for awarding prizes of the Government of the Russian Federation in education.
