Olga Fleming is an investor, entrepreneur, startup mentor and author who oversees investment strategies and builds large portfolios for respected international enterprises across Asia, Europe and the Middle East. She’s also a veteran lawyer specializing in securing assets for her clientele.[1][2][3]
Fleming is the founding partner of Oruga Investment Ltd and the Foundation of Innovative European Economy.[4][5][6]
With her successful mentoring of hundreds of companies to enter international markets and raise funds, Fleming is an entrepreneur and investor, lawyer, mentor, and speaker. Today, Fleming is a public speaker, also the Executive Producer of the European Business and Investment Summit.[6]
Education and career[edit]
Fleming has graduated from the University of Warsaw with a master’s degree in Law Studies, and Warsaw School of Real Estate Management with a master’s degree in Real Estate Management. She stepped into the real estate investment business in Poland right after graduating from college.[4][5][7][8]
Fleming started her first business in 2009 and created the brand Oruga, which is the Oruga Investment Ltd today, providing investment advisory to worldwide HNWI’s, corporations and governments. Fleming specializes in investment strategies in Europe and MENA with a focus on commercial real estate investments. She is also a lawyer with years of practice in European real estate investment deals and corporate law, serving international brands worldwide for their market entries.[5]
She is also a mentor who has nurtured numerous startups on their journeys from Seed Funding to Series C Funding, along with mentoring entrepreneurs on their business growth and helping corporate leaders scale through tailor-made online or onsite coaching programs.[7][8] Fleming is a mentor at the INTERLAK,[9] an Aviation & Travel Incubator based in Dubai, UAE.
Fleming attends and speaks at multiple large worldwide conferences, seminars and summits, through which she shares her journey of success, inspires young entrepreneurs, offers unique perspectives of foreign investments, which includes 10th Wolves Summit, 2019,[10] African Economic Congress, 2019,[11] Global Investment in Aviation Summit (GIAS) 2020,[12] Global Investment Outlook Conference 2020,[5] World Youth Summit, European Business & Investment Summit,[13][14] China Offshore Summit, etc.[7][8]

Fleming completed the book The Art of Global E-commerce: Do's and Don'ts in Online Business (Legal Pocket Guide), published on January 26, 2021, aiming to help entrepreneurs succeed in cross-border businesses and beyond.[4] Co-author of “Women Who Inspire”.[15][16]
