Olivia Star
Olivia Star is 180 meters high (156 meters reaches the highest elevation point), which makes it the tallest Tricity building and places it in the lead of the tallest buildings in Poland. The height of the building (180 m) refers to the August events in Gdańsk in 1980, and the architecture of the summit - to the Olivia Hall Center, which is adjacent to Olivia Business Center [3].
The highest floors of Olivia Star are publicly available [4]. There are, among others, an outdoor terrace, gallery, restaurant, cafes, conference center. The top floor, designed for business meetings, can accommodate 400 people.
From the top floor of the building, located more than 150 meters above the ground, you can see: the Gulf of Gdansk, Klif Orłowski in Gdynia, the port of Gdynia, the port of Gdańsk, the pier in Sopot, the Hel Peninsula, the Tri-City Landscape Park.
The building is connected with a green, glazed garden (now known as winter) filled with greenery. During the day, it is to serve the employees of Olivia as a place for meetings and relaxation, and in the evenings to act as a center of cultural and artistic events, dedicated also to the inhabitants of the Tri-City [5].
The real estate was designed by BJK Architekci, its general contractor is the company Pekabex, and the investor - the company Olivia Business Center [6].
According to the investor, Olivia Star is one of the most modern high-rise buildings in Poland and one of several buildings in the country with a triple glazed facade. On all office floors there will be natural ventilation systems. Tilting fragments of the facade will allow you to ventilate each room individually with fresh air. The investor will apply for the BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level confirming the building's environmental performance [7].
