Omar Brito De Jesús, known musically as El Polímata, is a Dominican urban music singer from Santo Domingo.[1][2][3]
Biography[edit]
Omar was born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic in 1998, he studied at the "Universidad Autonoma De Santo Domingo" and began singing at an early age at 23 years old. He was featured on a 2013 single from Kranium. After several more guest appearances, he had a solo hit single in 2021 with "Soltera", and his album Polimata was released in 2019.[4][5]
Polímata has been praised for its combination of reggaeton and R&B music. By Dominican artist like artists El Alfa, Don Miguelo, Mozart La Para, Chimbala, Sensato, Myke Towers, Yandel and Nicky Jam. His song "Soltea" in the year 2021 obtained more than 120 thousand views on YouTube.[6]
