Omar Ibrahim[1] or Tuan Hj Omar or Umar bin Tuan Hj Ibrahim was a State Assemblyman for Dewan Undangan Negeri (DUN) / State Constituencies for two terms representing DUN Kemumin in Parlimen Pengkalan Chepa, Kelantan, Malaysia from 1978-1986[2].
Early life and education[edit]
He proudly originates from Kampung Baung in Pengkalan Chepa, Kota Bharu, Kelantan. He earned his Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from the prestigious University of Malaya (UM), Malaysia in 1978.
