The bank was opened as the Bank of Monterey on October 2, 1901.
1976
The bank changed its name from Bank of Monterey to Bank of Putnam. They also expanded to Cookeville, TN.
1977
The Bank of Cookeville was purchased by the Bank of Putnam.
1987
The organization purchased Cumberland Mountain Insurance Agency (now known as One Insurance of Tennessee).
2019
The organization purchased 5 branches from Citizens First Bank of Wartburg, which were rebranded as One Bank of Tennessee.
2020
All offices and branches were changed to share a single name: One Bank of Tennessee.
