One Casino established itself in 2015 with in-house developed video slots by Rocket Studio. Games such as Wild Spin and Blazing are among its most popular in-house developed titles. Reception
CasinoAnalyzer considers One Casino trustworthy, noting its licence from the Malta Gaming Authority, and praised One Casino's customer service, calling it the "gold standard". Casino Analyzer considered the lay-out of the website's frontpage badly thought-out, but praised the navigation for the game sections.[4] CasinoChimp praised One Casino's transparency, as the website listed information such as depositing and withdrawing limits on its home page.[13] When One Casino went online in Denmark in 2021, Danish website CasinoPenge favorably noted its bonus program, which was unique in the country.[14]
In 2020, One Casino won the Malta iGaming Excellence Awards for "Best Customer Service" and "Rising Star."
Shortly after going live in the Netherlands in 2022, One Casino sent an email to its old userbase, informing them that they would have to recreate their accounts if they want to return to the website. This mass email was likely against the Dutch regulation, as the law specifically disallows advertising using userdata from their old customer base. Emails were likely sent to people registered under CRUKS (the Dutch problem gambling exclusion list) as well.[15]
