One Second Faith is a groove metal band with melodic death and progressive metal influences that builds its sound based on powerful guitar riffs at high speeds and a strong rhythmic base, designed to make the crowd go completely wild in front of the stage. All of this framed with strong vocals alternating between guttural and melodic styles.
History[edit]
The band was born in 2011 by José Miguel Flores (José), Alejandro Jiménez (Lain) and Raúl Sáez. After several years of work during, learning from the skills of musicians such as Ramón Nissen, Willy Romero and Javier Bueno among others, in 2018, with the EP "Momentum" already released, their current line-up is consolidated with Luisma Rott Vázquez on vocals, José and Lain on guitars, Karl on bass and Paris Lakryma on drums. This formation shapes the new EP "Awakening", an EP that shows an evolution of the band's sound to more melodic horizons without missing the path of speed and heavy break downs.[1]
