Online schooling
Online schooling, also known as teleschooling or web schooling, is education that takes place over the Internet. It can be live video chat or pre-recorded videos. Acellus, Western Governors University and Connections Academy are some well-known examples.
With the onset of the coronavirus pandemic, 22 countries have closed schools nationwide and 17 locally, which is affecting more than 370 million students.[1]
Many regular public schools have taken to using the group video chat platform Zoom for their classes.
