Introduction
Onno Ipsita (Ipsita Banerjee) is a Bengali Elocution, Dance Artist. She has graduated from the University of Kolkata's Bethune college and rajabazar Science College with a double bachelors degree in Chemistry and Bachelor of technology respectively. She completed her schooling from Christ church Girls High school. Her mother, a professor Smt. Rekha Bhattacharjee and her father Sri jnananjan Bhattacharjee instilled in her the value of The Bengali Culture from a young age. She started taking dancing, singing and elocution lesson from Indian stalwarts(artist's who had made their name prominent in the Indian Cultural Industry. She appeared in her first television appearance when she was 5 years of age and soon started to take part in Prominent Bengali TV series and Children's Television Program. Her father Sri jnananjan Bhattacharjee a talented drama writer made Ipsita appear in several of his dramas including the Little Prince(written in Bengali).

She joined several companies rising in rank and finally joined Wipro technologies as a delivery manager. She was known as the "blue-eyed girl" and "miss mathematics" by her mentors and colleagues. Ipsita's connection with her Bengali Culture did not fade away. She continued to perform dance shows and used to routinely perform Elocution at public gatherings.
RECENT YEARS She still works in the IT world, however, she started to upload Elocution Videos few years back. Within no time, her fan following increased to 5000 people in 2019. She again started to perform with various artist from the Elocution world. She has also made her appearance in a popular Radio Show in California. Her Elocution is not only admired by Indians but also foreign nationals from across the Globe. She has won several awards and recognition in her tenure as an artist. She has uploaded videos which have received over 200000 views. Her poem- Debotar grash and shadinotar mane received the due appreciation that she deserved.
