Oohs N coos is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization located in Virginia, United States. The organization's mission is to provide information on conception, pregnancy,labor and delivery, children's health , women's health and parenting.[1] In addition to publishing detailed information about pregnancy and parenting, Oohs N coos also provide financial assistance to families through our diaper/wipes bank, food bank, grocery help and many more.Users of the website can sign up for free email newsletters about pregnancy and their child's development.

Oohs N coos was founded in June 2014 by Jeanne Abayie and her twin sister Jeannette Abayie who was featured on NASDAQ Faces of Entrepreneurship [2]and serves as a Cornerstone Mentor for the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center's Milestone Circle [3]. After Jeanne Abayie gave birth to her miracle daughter at 26 weeks, she knew she needed to do something to help moms learn more about pregnancy and it's complications. This gave birth to Oohs N Coos. People benefit from information about various women and children health issues through articles, forums and seminars organized by Oohs N Coos . Over the years Oohs N Coos has grown from just educating people to helping struggling families in the society throughout the United States through our online and offline giveaways. Oohs N Coos is in partnership with The Bow Hub, a hair accessories company who donates $1 of each sale to support it's cause.

The organization had been awarded 2016, 2017,2018 and 2022 Top Rated-NonProfit Award by Great NonProfits.[4] It also earned a Silver Seal of Transparency from GuideStar.[5]
