OpenStego is a open source steganography tool, It was developed by Samir Vaidya, released under the GNU General Public License version 2 (GPLv2). But some tools, such as zsteg , can detect data hidden by OpenStego.[1]
Features
- Written in Java, tested on Windows and Linux, can also run on other platforms (e.g. macOS).
- Supports data encryption, based on AES-128 and AES-256.
- Hides any data into the BMP and PNG file.[2][3]
