Orange County Power Authority
The Orange County Power Authority (OCPA) is a Community Choice Aggregation, which procures and purchases electrical power for residents[1] in cities in Orange County, California, including Buena Park, Fullerton, Huntington Beach, and Irvine.[2] The OCPA's creation was championed by the City of Irvine, which recruited the cities of Buena Park, Fullerton, Huntington Beach, and Lake Forest[3], however Lake Forest quickly pulled out of the organization.
