The Orumuri News is an Ugandan newspaper which publishes in the Runyankole language.[1] It is the main local and international newspaper for the people of Uganda's Western Region.[2]
The Orumuri News began in 1989, and it publishes stories related to world news, sports, and Talent.[3][4] The Orumuri newspaper offers daily local news from Mbarara, Uganda and also offers national and international news as well as weather, sports, lifestyle, entertainment, business, politics, movies, travel, books, and education. The Orumuri News includes classifieds for jobs, cars, real estate, and announcements such as celebrations and obituaries.[5]
