Oscar Cisneros was born in Mexico City. Only Child, his Mother Betty Barcelata Is a Mexican Folklore Singer. Oscar Cisneros lived in Mexico City for most of his childhood. Oscar worked in theatre & television in Mexico City, He joined to "El Profe institute" by Sergio Jimenez. He soon moved to Los Angeles looking for new experiences. He Actually lives In L.A.
