José Óscar Valenzuela Mella-Meyer; (¿Villarrica?, June 13, 1932 (Valdivia, Chile) - VIII Región of the Bío-Bío, 2000, Chile). He was an entrepreneur of the public transportation system in Concepción. Founder of "Pedro de Valdivia-Universidad", '"Ruta del sol" y "Vía del sol" in Hualqui.
