Otari Totochiya

Otari Totochiya (Georgian: ოთარ ტოტოჩია; Russian: Отари Тоточия, born 1959 in Sukhumi) is a prominent Russian criminal leader operating as a legal thief in the Moscow region.
According to Interfax, militia arrested Totochiya on 21 May 2009.[1] Upon arrest, 3.2 grammes of hashish was found on his person, and he is being charged with possession of controlled substance.
