OtherView is a pop/dance band based in Greece, composed by a DJ/producer, a musician/producer and a vocalist. They debuted in 2009 and quickly became the most popular dance group, with hundreds of sold out appearances in major clubs throughout Greece and Cyprus, major collaborations with artists of the local and European dance scene, such as Mihalis Hatzigiannis, Vegas, David Rivaz, Max Zotti, Akcent and Edward Maya, fashionable video clips, chart-topping singles, outstanding performances in fashion & TV shows, key corporate events, and, last but not least, the prestigious Mad Video Music Awards, (winning the best dance video clip award of 2012 for their track "I'm the One"). 2013 was a cornerstone year. They released their 10th single titled People (Feel the Love), an international collaboration with the legendary Chris Willis, the "greatest voice on earth" according to David Guetta. They believe that less is more and an artist's work should speak for itself instead of their bio, so listen to their tracks and watch their video clips.
History
2009–2010
The group made its first appearance in 2009 with Dimitris Issaris and Vassilis Koumentakos at the scene of Rex with Mihalis Hatzigiannis and Onirama, while there had been a movement of their own remake the song "Eisai Edo", digital single & video clip, the reissue of the album "7" of M.Chatzigiannis from Universal Music. In 2010 with the addition of Crystallia, they released 2 singles (So Long, La Luna) and started a dynamic course, quickly becoming the most successful group in the Dance music scene in Greece.
2010–2011
In 2010 and 2011 there was a milestone in their evolution. Originally, they released their first album titled So Long, which includes 6 English-speaking and 4 Greek-speaking songs with unique collaborations from Vegas, Mark F. Angelo and David Rivaz, while making unique appearances at music awards (Mad VMA), fashion shows (Madwalk) and the best clubs in Greece. In April 2011, they released their single Runaway, whose avant-garde aesthetics of music and the clip found a special mention on the website of world-renowned designer Jeffrey Campbell entitled "Greece is the word"! In May 2011, they released "I'm The One", a song which was used in the advertising campaign of sunscreen Carroten and climbed very quickly into the top 10 of the Greek radio chart. Considered the big hit of the summer of 2011, especially after the appearance of OtherView to MAD VMA, giving a series of sold out performances in Greece and Cyprus.
2011–2012
In autumn 2011, alongside the highly successful appearances on stage "Cosmos Stage" by Giannis Ploutarhos, they released their 5th single in a row, entitled "Mi Hateis," a mellow autumnal piece which won high positions in public preferences. The following song "See You Again", while in the summer of 2012, OtherView won the award for Best Dance video clip for the track "I'm The One" at Mad VMA and continued their successful summer performances in Greece and Cyprus!
2012–2013
After the withdrawal of Crystallia in the winter of 2012, OtherView continued their musical productions, as a signatory of single Reckless and Katerina Stikoudi, whose video clip was at no.1 on Mtv Hit List Hellas for more than 8 consecutive weeks. The summer of 2013 marked the new composition of the group. In collaboration with "the best voice in the world" by David Guetta, the legendary Chris Willis collaborated with OtherView to present their next single, entitled "People (Feel the Love)", dedicated worldwide to those who supported and support their music, with a very special video clip released by their new label, Feelgood Records. At the same time, through a nationwide contest with 265 entries, which was supported by www.star.gr and MTV Greece, OtherView found Elena Tsagrinou as their new lead vocalist, a new and talented artist, and performed their summer tour with great success!
