Les Eaux Minérales d'Oulmès was founded March 7, 1933 through a concession obtained by Abdelkader Bensalah from the colonial government of the French Protectorate to exploit Ain Lalla Haya, a natural sparkling mineral water spring in Tarmilate, a village in the Middle Atlas of Oulmes.[1][3]
