Out to sea

Out to Sea is a generic alcoholic mixed drink. Its ingredients are closely related to the ocean. It is made with Bacardi Carta Ocho and cold-brew coffee. Allen Fang introduced the cold brew ice coffee into Out to Sea and replaced traditional vodka with Bacardi 8-year-old rum. He then supplemented this with sea salt and other unique spices. [1][2]
Recipe
- BACARDI CARTA OCHO 50ml
- Falernum Liqueur 20 ml
- Fernet 5ml
- Cold Brew coffee 35ml
- Sea water 3 dashes[3]
Garnish
Chocolate powder
Method
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled glass.

Nick & Nora or Coupe glass[4]
