Oval Books is a British publishing company that publishes the Bluffer's Guide and Xenophobe's Guide series. The books are written in an off-beat but informative way, verging on spoof.[1][2]

In 2012, the Bluffer's Guide series left Oval Books.[citation needed] The trademark is currently owned by Bluffer’s Media Limited.[3]

The Xenophobe's Guides series are humorous explorations of the characteristics and behaviour of different nations and cultures.[1][4]

The "Lingo Learner" series are books for learning foreign languages, humourously aimed at xenophobes.
