Over Policing is when a police officer , or even more generally a moderator unofficial or self appointed related to any subject , is psychologically too keen to find fault with another person ,or event , or process . As such it is a form of unwarranted interferrance , or conscious or unconscious predjudice . At worst it may be a form of bullying in the guise of upholding rules , using that as the pretext . As such in a official capacity it may really be motivated by a individuals underlying personal negative motivations such as white supremetist racism, such as the murder of George Floyd .it can at times therefore also be associated with undue and even excessive unwarranted use of Force likely to cause death , Such as that used by the Racist Police Officer that Murdered George Floyd.
