Owen Hurcum

Hurcum is a Plaid Cymru City Councillor for Bangor, Gwynedd as well as being elected the youngest ever Deputy Mayor of Bangor.[1] Hurcum is also known for his protesting, most notably leading a protest against the cuts suggested for Bangor University, including cutting the Chemistry Department.[2] He is currently studying for an Archaeology degree at Bangor University.
