Owen Sheehy (born 19 March 1999)[12] is an American[13] rugby union player signed to Old Glory DC.[14]
Early life[edit]
Sheehy was born in Bethesda, Maryland. He attended Gonzaga College High School.[15] He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2022,[16] majoring in Chemistry and Genetics.[17]
Career[edit]
Playing rugby in high school, Sheehy has been signed to Old Glory DC for the majority of his professional career, since 2021. He has been resigned both in 2022 and 2023.[18] He played on the USA Falcons XV and USA Select XV concurrently for the Americas Pacific Challenge. Sheehy also trained under the Glasgow Warriors for the 2022 season as a stand-off.[19]
