Graciano Hoxha (born June 11, 1990), known as Oxa, is a professional DJ and Music Producer from Albania. He started his career in early 2003 at his own radio based in Albania called "Radio Val’E Kalter".

At age 7, Oxa discovered his passion for music after playing some music at his own radio. He was a big fan of the electronic genre and his favorite artist was Tiesto. In 2003, Oxa started his career as main DJ at his radio, mixing different genres in 60-minute sets, making his name popular in his country.
Musical career
At age 13, Oxa started his career as a professional DJ, playing all over Albania in different clubs. In 2020, Oxa released his first song called "La Noche" in collaboration with Waldo. This song was supported by Rudeejay, Paolo Ortelli, Renèe La Bulgara, DJs from Mars, etc. In 2021, Oxa, in collaboration with Divino, released a mashup that was supported from different artists from the Balkans.
