It is run by current students and alumni of the University of Oxford. It is published both online and as quarterly print issues.[1][2] Although it primarily publishes articles, the Oxford Political Review has also become well-known for its interviews with public figures and academics such as Slavoj Žižek, Noam Chomsky, Cornel West, Palanivel Thiagarajan, Albin Kurti, and Yanis Varoufakis.[3]

History[edit]

The Oxford Political Review was founded in 2019 by several University of Oxford students, including current Board members Brian Wong, Michael Shao, Nicholas Leah, and Chang Che.[4] The magazine was started with the goal of making academic topics more accessible to the wider public.[5]
