He co-founded, together with Erling Løken Andersen and Bo Myrås, Norsk Ideutvikling AS which established the social-networking site Biip.no. In 2007, Biip was dubbed the "Norwegian Facebook" because it was a serious contender against the American social networking site Facebook, with 500,000 Biip members compared to 800,000 Norwegian users on Facebook.[2]

In 2018 Ozerk launched the European Merchant Bank.[3]

During his time at UNN Narvik, Ozerk was one of the experts who co-authored an article on the reduction of non-communicable diseases for the World Health Organization.[6][7]

In 2005, he co-founded Norsk Ideutvikling, an online media company which created the social networking site Biip.no in 2005.[8] In 2008, Biip.no was acquired by Egmont and Nettavisen for an estimated valuation of 100+ million krone.[9][10][11]

He then began to focus on the FinTech industry and co-founded Clearsettle in 2016, a London-based white-label B2B card payment and APM platform provider authorised by the UK's Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as a payment institution.[citation needed]
