P. W. Ellis

Philip. W. Ellis was Toronto Transportation Commission chairman in the 1920s and also Niagara Parks Commission chairman from 1914 until his death in 1929.
Ellis was co-founder of the jewellery and silversmith P.W. Ellis Company Limited with his brother Mathew C. Ellis in 1879. The firm was sold in 1928.
