PILCS AFC is a football club in Pontypool, Wales.
The name stands for Pontyfelin Institute of Leisure, Culture & Sport. Until 2002 they were called Owens Corning, before that it was Pilkington.
2002/03 Gwent Central League champions. They have played in the Gwent County League ever since, maintaining a reserve side in the Central League.
