PM-International AG is a manufacturer of dietary supplements and cosmetics based in Schengen (Luxembourg).
The company was founded in 1993 by Rolf Sorg in Limburgerhof.[1] The following year saw the foundation of PM International Holding in Luxembourg.[2] In 2005, the company changed its legal form from a limited liability company to an unlisted stock corporation. The annual turnover was the equivalent of 200 million US dollars.[1] In 2015, the company opened a headquarters for the Asia-Pacific region in the city-state of Singapore;[3] in the same year, the company moved its headquarters to Schengen.[4]
According to its own figures, the company achieved a total turnover of 1.11 billion US dollars in 2019.[5] PM-International employs more than 400 people, 192 of them in the logistics center in Speyer (2020).[6][7] The company sells products for health, fitness, and beauty under its own brand FitLine.[8] The company's products are sold through independent sales partners in network marketing, on the Internet, and through its own direct sales force.[9]
