PNK Group (real estate development company)
PNK Group is a real estate development company that has existed since 2004. It constructs industrial buildings intended to be used as warehouses, distribution centres or production facilities in Europe, the USA and Russia. The company's head office is located in Moscow.
Today PNK Group has 28 industrial parks in Russia[1], the USA and Europe. More than 5 million sq. m of industrial buildings have been commissioned and are in varying degrees of completion.[2]
History
2004 – the company began constructing an industrial building in St. Petersburg.
2005 – expansion into the Moscow Region, opening of PNK Park Sholokhovo.
2006-2012 – development of new industrial parks in Moscow and St. Petersburg, expansion into other regions of the Russian Federation.
2012 – PNK Group starts constructing buildings in accordance with FM Global’s international property insurance standards.
2014 – opening of its own investment fund providing financial assistance to clients, including 100% financing.
2014-2016 – opening of four in-house prefabrication plants in the Moscow Region for the production of the major load-bearing structural components of buildings. The company manufactures the major load-bearing structural components using German technology.
2017 – expansion into the markets of the US[3] (Savannah and Atlanta[4]) and Slovakia[5]

PNK Industrial buildings have already been chosen by such companies as BMW, Volkswagen, Mercedes-Benz, HILTI, Karcher, Mars, Adidas, Auchan, Lenta, Leroy Merlin, MTS, Fix Price, X5 Retail Group, Detsky Mir, WEGU Holding, ID Logistics, Castorama, Uhrenholt etc.
