PROJECT X OPEN SOURCE IS A Decentralized Consensus Jurisdiction Governance Lead by its Citizen’s Vote[edit]

CONCEPT[edit]

Project X Open Source, is a decentralized consensus jurisdiction, created by a peer review legislation. The legislature of this project is a digital deliberative assembly with the authority to make laws for the governance of Project X. Our focus is to build a transparent governance lead by its citizen’s vote.[edit]

CITIZENS = TOKEN

Any citizen can propose a debate of existing bylaws, or to create new law in the digital deliberative assembly of project X, all it’s needed 15% quorum in 24 hours. Once the quorum has been reached, the assembly will be open for discussion. All laws and changes will require 51% approval to pass.[edit]

TOKENS = VOTES[edit]

TECHNOLOGY[edit]

PROJECT X OPEN SOURCE, "PXOS" is a DECENTRALIZED MULTI BLOCKCHAIN & SMART CONTRACT PROTOCOL with a CRYPTOCURRENCY (PX). Focus on innovation, security, scale, and user experience, the main protocol has a smart contract and decentralized operating system, ProjectX OS version.01 , which seek to deliver never seen before features. PXOS, is ahead of any protocol previously developed, the first Blockchain to provide, PRIVATE and PUBLIC CONSENSUS; MULTI CHAIN; BLOCK STORAGE AND BLOCK PURGE. We are the first, Blockchain[2] to provide an INSTANT AND SECURE EXCHANGE WALLET, anyone who downloads WPX can Exchange Tokens FREE, instant (wire) or ACH deposits to any existing credit-card and or bank account all executed from your phone, tablet or computer while using PXOS Wallet "WPX". We are the first Blockchain to allow Etherum & ERC20 deployed contracts to be transferred to PXOS Blockchain.

The project was initiated in 2016 by LVen, who wrote, Project X Open Source_Decentralized Multi Blockchain & Smart Contract Protocol, white page and just like Satoshi Nakamot[3], participants received a personal invite

This was part of the original invitation sent to selected people when Project X Open Source was founded early 2016:

“Project X Open Source began with the idea of a Utopian Blockchain Network, which integrates today users’ needs and allows for future expansions and changes without the need to rebuild the entire system. Progress and change are vital parts of the development and life of Project X Open Source, and must always be present when designing this project. BlockChain-based-systems are transparent and if used in a constructive way can revolutionize our world, somehow early attempts of BlockChain networks did more harm than good when it comes to a public image. The result of past failures in security, scalability and authenticity gave Blockchain a public perception of a flawed system, unsuccessful with a high risk. The public perception is a constant black cloud orbiting BlockChain systems, and won’t go away until we can build a system that satisfies all questions, only then past failures will be attributed to inexperience. It’s up to Project X Open Source to stay ahead the curve and avoid repeating the same mistakes. By setting impossible goals to create a Utopian system, PXOS will find all necessary answers to change the public perception, allowing supporters find comfort and regain trust. This project is meant to repair the image of Blockchain, and we will take extreme measures with security, which latter can be scaled down if found unnecessary, to demonstrate this system may be just one of the greatest inventions of the 20th century” LV
