Primary State Highway 5 was a major state highway in the U.S. state of Washington.
PSH 5 started on S Dearborn St on the intersection of Seattle Blvd S. The route then connected on the Rainier Ave S, (modern day SR-900) where it continued. The route then connected on to the West Valley Highway (modern day SR-181) where its terminus is at the end of the highway. The highway had many branches, which have all been replaced by modern day highways such as SR-515, SR 181, and SR-900.
