Introduction[edit]

The official name of this political party is PAKISTAN FALAH PARTY (PFP). This is the registered political party in Election Commission of Pakistan since 2012.

The party is determined to change political culture, mindset of political worker as well as common people and nourish real democratic values. We are on the way to exhibit practically the significance of dialogue, collective sensibility, accountability, equality and justice. We have a vision to integrate individuals, society and state into one entity and make Pakistan a true welfare state on the pattern of “State of Madina” so that humanity may relish abiding peace, security and dignity. This mission of welfare of humanity, prosperity and stability of Pakistan was externalized in the form Pakistan Falah Party during sacred 27th night of Ramadan, the Islamic date of independence of Pakistan. The struggle for realization of this noble mission commenced with the members’ convention held on 11 December, 2011 in Quaid-e-Azam Convention Centre, Islamabad. The members elected their leadership on the very first day of their struggle and thus gave birth to real democratic tradition in the political history of Pakistan. The members of PFP owe greatly to the sacrifices of martyrs and unsung heroes of Pakistan who lived and died in anonymity to impart glory to this country.

The sole purpose of its political struggle is to establish Islamic welfare state through power of ballot on the part of people of Pakistan.

Vision of PFP[edit]

We intend to inculcate in the masses the awareness of power of vote and impart them much needed confidence to change, by using their vote, existing system of oppression and political exploitation into Islamic mode of governance wherein they can participate in government and ensuing decision making process so that policies and projects of government may benefit the society and not just aristocracy.

Our basic creed is that chief purpose of divine teachings and message of all the prophets, especially the last apostle Mohammad ﷺ is welfare and salvation of humanity. This goal cannot be realized unless we adopt Islamic teaching in personal and collective life to establish Islamic welfare state in true letter and spirit.

PFP believes that the Muslims of the sub-continent rejected, with a view to achieve holistic freedom, slogans of United India and teritorial nationalism. They, under able leadership of Quaid-e-Azam along with their saints and scholars such as Pir Jamat Ali Shah, Allama Abdul Hamid Badayuni and Allama Iqbal, put in concerted efforts to achieve Pakistan through peaceful democratic way. The people of Pakistan are imbued with the same spirit of untiring struggle to materialize the dream of Iqbal and determination of the Quaid-e-Azam.

PFP has a clear perception all the socio-political ills rampant in society such as hateful bias, provincialism, linguistic prejudice, sectarianism, militancy and extremism can be uprooted through provision of justice and equitable rights, solution of socio-economic problems and prevalence of compassion and respect for the have-nots. In this regard, we can draw upon the teachings of Sufis that come across as beacon of light in this age of spiritual bankruptcy.
