Palladium.ua is a Ukrainian online store, operating since 2009. The main office of the company is located in Kyiv. A separate structural unit with a call-center is located in the city of Cherkasy.

As of January 2014, in the popularity rating of online stores among the citizens of Ukraine on search queries on the Internet, “Birzhevoy Lider” the magazine for investors was ranked 24th among online stores.[1]

About the store[edit]

Palladium is one of the largest online stores selling home appliances and electronics in Ukraine. The company has 160 employees.[2] The structure of the online store includes:

  • administrative department;
  • advertising department
  • purchasing department;
  • call-center;
  • service department;
  • point of issue of orders;
  • logistics department;
  • storehouse.[2]

The official Russian-language site of the company has been operating since 2009. Since 2018, work is under way to create a bilingual version (Russian-Ukrainian), which should appear in 2019.[3] The catalog of the online store has more than 450 000 items of goods.[4]

The Internet-store deals with the sale of goods of different directions:
