PanglaoDB is a database designed for exploration and meta-analysis of single cell RNA-seq experiments. The database integrates and curates single cell RNA sequencing data from mouse and human single cell experiments. All data included in the database have been published or are otherwise in the public domain. A search function can be used to search across all datasets. Detailed analyses are provided for each dataset, including analysis on transcription factors and regulatory gene networks. The database also incorporates a list of cell type markers, to be used for manual curation of gene expression signatures into the correct biological cell type. All data and metadata can be downloaded in bulk.
