Panic Zones is a survival card game developed in the United Arab Emirates and Lebanon, released in December 2025. Set in an Arctic survival scenario, players compete to either be the first to be rescued or the last survivor. The game is designed for 3 to 6 players.[1][2]
Gameplay
Players start with basic Resource Cards (Fish, Wood, Flint), a Shelter Card, and 2 Advantage Cards to the end of it. On each turn, players can play or purchase Advantage Cards and then draw from the Discovery Deck. The deck includes Resource Cards, Obstacle Cards that require resource discards, Panic Cards that affect all players, Fortune Cards with immediate benefits, and Rescue Cards needed for victory. Players use strategy to manage resources, avoid threats, and eliminate opponents. Victory is achieved by collecting all three Rescue Cards or being the last player remaining.[1][2]
Development and Release
Panic Zones was created by Patrick Saber, Ryan Chedrawi, Anthony Attieh, and Edmond Rizk. It was released on December 5, 2025, and has since been featured in tournaments across the UAE. The developers plan to expand the game and organize community events, with official merchandise also available.[1][2]
