Panjokhra sahib
Panjokhra Sahib is a Sikh Gurudwara in the Ambala district of the Indian state of Haryana. Situated on the Ambala-Naraingarh road, it is the site where Guru Har Krishan halted while travelling from Kiratpur Sahib to Delhi in the early 1700s.
History
The Gurdwara is dedicated to the memory of the eighth Guru Sri Harkrishan Sahib Ji. It is situated on the Ambala-Naraingarh road in Ambala, Haryana.[1] Guru Sri Harkrishan Sahib Ji during his journey from Kiratpur to Panjokhra preached the lessons of Sri Guru Nanak Dev to his disciples who accompanied him along the journey. On the request of a disciple, Guru Sahib extended his stay in Panjokhra village so that other people travelling from various places could seek his blessings and teachings.
