Pantea Ferrari (formerly Pantea Pourabbas) is an American attorney based in Dallas, Texas. She is the founder and owner of Ferrari Law Firm PLLC, a law practice based in Dallas that focuses primarily on personal injury law and also practices immigration law.[1]

Early life and education

Ferrari attended St. Mary's University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas, where she received a Juris Doctor degree in 2016.[1]

Ferrari was admitted to practice law in Texas on November 3, 2017. She is listed by the State Bar of Texas under bar card number 24087032 and is eligible to practice in Texas.[1]

Ferrari is the founder and owner of Ferrari Law Firm PLLC in Dallas. The firm's current practice focuses primarily on personal injury matters, including automobile collisions, motorcycle collisions, wrongful-death claims, catastrophic injuries, insurance disputes, pedestrian injuries and defective-product cases.[2]

The State Bar of Texas lists Ferrari's practice areas as litigation involving personal injury and immigration law.[1]

In December 2021, the State Bar of Texas recorded an agreed public reprimand involving Ferrari, who was identified in the disciplinary record as Pantea Pourabbas. According to the Commission for Lawyer Discipline, an investigatory panel found violations relating to competence, neglect of a civil legal matter, communication with a client and conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation. The judgment ordered her to pay $500 in attorneys' fees and direct expenses.[5]

The State Bar of Texas currently lists the public reprimand in Ferrari's disciplinary history.[1]
