Pardi (lecturer)
Pardi (born 5 November 1982) is an Indonesian lecturer. He worked as a lecturer at Faculty of Naval Engineering at Bengkalis State Polytechnic.
Early life[edit]
Pardi was born on 5 November 1982 in Madiun, East Java. He graduated from SMA Negeri 1 Banyuasin and went to Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology majoring in naval engineering and graduated in 2008, and continued to earn his master's degree from the same university in 2011.[1][2]
Personal life[edit]
Pardi is married to Ika Indriyaswati, a teacher at MTS Negeri 1 Bengkalis, in 2004. They had a son, Beryl Alfaeza Pardika, and two daughters, Aiko Adonia (b. 19 October 2005), and Aurora Noya Pardika.
Career[edit]
Pardi started his career as a lecturer at Faculty of Naval Engineering at Bengkalis State Polytechnic in 2003, teaching about ship design and construction.[1][2] On 11 October 2017, he took part in the Higher Education Lecturer Vocational Competency Retooling Scholarship Program implemented by the Marine Institute in Canada, majoring in marine, technics, and safety in marine.[3]
On 25 May 2019, Pardi along with Bengkalis State Polytechnic carried out outreach and service to the people in Berancah Village by providing them with teaching about fiberglass making.[4] On 14 October 2019, he launched two fishing boats with a capacity of 2.5 Gross Tonage (GT) ordered from the Dumai City Fisheries Service and then providing material on making and maintaining fiberglass boats to the fishermen who received the boats.[5]
