Paribu is a Turkey-based digital asset trading platform, which makes it possible to trade cryptocurrencies in return for Turkish Liras. Paribu[3] has 600,000 users, and its daily trading volume amounts to 12 million dollars[4]

History[edit]

Established by Yasin Oral, Paribu started its operations on February 14, 2017.

Originally structured for Bitcoin trading, Paribu added altcoin operations to its portfolio in October 2018. Currently, 20 different cryptocurrencies are being traded on the platform.

The platform was upgraded to its second version on November 14, 2018. Its mobile applications for iOS[5] and Android[6] were released on July 18, 2019. Paribu has more than 110,000 mobile app users.

Its official blog, ParibuLog[7] was launched in December 2019.
