Paqualino Ortisi (born 24 April 2002) is a Sicilian footballer who plays as a forward for ACR Messina.

Career
Ortisi started his career with Italian Serie C side Catanzaro in 2021. Currently he plays for the ACR Messina. In 2022 Ortisi played for the Sicily national football team against Sardinia. He's also the author of the first goal in the history of the Sicily national football team.
