Paul Menta

Paul Menta is an American kiteboarder, author, chef, and distiller.[1][2] He is most notable for his distillery in Key West Florida, the first legal distillery of it's kind.[3] He is also well known for being the Executive Chef at famed restaurant The Stoned Crab in Key West.[4][5][6] Menta is also known for his kiteboarding school located in Key West.[7][8] Menta is also one of the organizers of the Key West Mom & Pop group of businessman.[9]

Menta has also authored two books; 'Key West Native Fuel' and 'Native Fuel: Key West Edition.'[10]
